Which of these different values do you find important?
Good choices! Actually all of those things listed are our values. We want to express our values and the way we
expect our people to operate in more words than just 4 to 5 key values: we want Leadooers to lead themselves as much as possible so that we can move quickly without long chains of command. So by truly assimilating these values you are able to handle difficult situations totally on your own.
We prefer working hard and smart. We have a saying that "we don't work from nine to five because we work from start to finish". We know that sometimes just by working smart we won't accomplish our goals. By working hard we raise the possibility of succeeding 🚀
We love celebrating good work as loudly as possible! There are different types of jobs inside Leadoo and thus different types of achievements and all of them deserve acknowledgement: a new customer, good job with an existing one, great marketing efforts, new feature on the Leadoo platform and so on.
It's impossible to explain everything about Leadoos culture in a single online test but we've tried our best. That is actually one important thing for us too: we don't expect our people to be perfect but want everyone to give their best shot. Always.
