We work hard and celebrate achievements.
This is not a typical 8-to-16 work for two reasons:
First, passion towards what we do drives us to reach heights that we have not seen before. Sometimes it means going for the extra mile. Second, we want you to be involved in your family's lives and have hobbies outside of the office. We celebrate and reward ourselves for what has been achieved so far. We love to have fun together.
How often do you seek for new learnings and ways to improve things?
We think of work at TalentAdore as the learning process where everyone strives for their best possible performance. We are hungry for personal development and the company policies support that. We learn, fail, and re-learn. Our roles and responsibilities gradually evolve to optimally suit one’s true interests and qualifications.
We particularly value honesty and transparency. We encourage people to share their opinions, disagree and shape the environment around us. Feedback and appreciation are most powerful when told out loud. Any actions that are inconsistent or in conflict with our guiding principles can and should be questioned.
How do you feel about handling large responsibilities?
An immense amount of trust is placed in every person who joins the team, even if he or she is a trainee. It increases as one grows. Freedom requires sense of ownership, responsibility, and self-discipline.
Although we have many processes in place to run our operations, we encourage innovation, flexibility, and guts to change the old ways of doing things.
To what extent do you relate to our ‘one family’ concept? (0 = I don't really get it, 10 = it feels like my thing)
We are one family.
We treat each other like our own family. We are all equal and there is no real “hierarchy”. Everyone can and should ask questions from anyone. We make time to help each other. Our well-being is the company’s most significant asset. It is our common responsibility to ensure everyone has what is needed for performing in their job and living successfully.

We shape the future by being frontrunners, challenging the status quo, and disrupting the whole recruitment industry. Nevertheless, we always stay true to our mission to ‘bringing the human touch back to recruitment’ and base our decisions on improving the quality of recruitment processes and candidate experience.
